Effective date: October 7, 2026 · Early Edge
1. What Early Edge is
Early Edge is a personal finance tool that helps you understand your monthly cash flow, safe-to-spend number, retirement progress, emergency fund, goals, and net worth, with AI guidance from the Early Bird. It provides educational insights and planning tools — not professional financial, tax, or legal advice.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to create an account and use Early Edge.
3. Subscription
Early Edge offers a 30-day free trial followed by a paid subscription of $7.99/month. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends and you will not be charged. Subscribers who joined at an earlier price keep that rate.
4. Payment & cancellation
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. You can cancel at any time from the Account page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months.
5. Acceptable use
You may use Early Edge for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reverse-engineer, resell, copy, abuse, or attempt to disrupt the service, and you may not use it for any unlawful purpose. The content, design, and branding of Early Edge remain its intellectual property; your financial data entered into the platform remains yours.
Early Edge is provided for your personal, non-commercial financial planning. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with anyone else’s use of the service.
6. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for keeping your account credentials secure. The plan, safe-to-spend, and guidance Early Edge produces are only as accurate as the numbers you provide, so keep them up to date.
You agree to provide truthful information, to use the app for your own finances, and to make your own decisions — Early Edge is a tool to inform you, not to act on your behalf.
7. Prohibited activities
You may not reverse-engineer, scrape, copy, resell, or redistribute any part of Early Edge; attempt to access other users’ data; probe, disrupt, or overload the service; or use it for any fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful purpose. Automated access without permission is not allowed.
8. Intellectual property
The Early Edge app, the Early Bird, and all related content, design, and branding are the intellectual property of Early Edge and are protected by law. The financial data you enter remains yours — using the app grants you a personal license to use it, not ownership of the software.
9. Not a licensed financial advisor
Early Edge is not a licensed financial advisor, broker, or tax professional. All content and AI guidance is for educational purposes only. Always consult a qualified professional before making major financial decisions.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
Early Edge is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its calculations and AI guidance will fit every situation. It is an educational planning tool, not professional financial, tax, or legal advice.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Early Edge and its founders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including financial losses — arising from your use of the service or from decisions made based on its outputs. Always consult a qualified professional before making major financial decisions.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
